Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDHR5 (Cadherin-Related Family Member 5) is a member of the cadherin superfamily, characterized by its role in cell adhesion processes. This protein is crucial for maintaining tissue architecture and facilitating cell signaling pathways during development and cellular interactions. Recent studies have identified CDHR5 as a significant player in various pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and inflammatory responses. Its expression levels and functional status may influence disease progression, making it a potential biomarker and a therapeutic target. Research efforts have focused on characterizing the structural and functional aspects of CDHR5, including its interactions with other cellular proteins and its role in adhesion mechanisms. Recombinant CDHR5 protein is being produced for a range of applications, including functional assays, antibody generation, and as a tool for structural studies, which may provide insights into its unique properties and mechanisms of action. Understanding the biology of CDHR5 can reveal new avenues for intervention in diseases where its dysregulation is implicated, underscoring the importance of ongoing research in this area.
