Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BPNT1 (bisphosphate nucleosidase 1) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in nucleotide metabolism, particularly in the hydrolysis of bisphosphates like ATP and ADP. The enzyme has garnered significant attention in research due to its potential implications in various metabolic disorders and cellular processes. Dysregulation of BPNT1 has been linked to several pathophysiological conditions, including cancer, where altered nucleotide metabolism can contribute to rapid cell proliferation. The recombinant expression of BPNT1 allows for detailed structural and functional studies, aiding in the understanding of its enzymatic mechanisms and interaction with other cellular components. The ability to produce BPNT1 in a controlled environment facilitates the exploration of its biochemical properties, enzyme kinetics, and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, the investigation into BPNT1's role in cellular response to stress and its involvement in metabolic pathways further emphasizes its significance in both basic and applied biomedical research. Therefore, developing recombinant BPNT1 not only enhances our comprehension of its biological functions but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts.
