稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCL7A is a member of the BCL7 family of proteins, which are implicated in the regulation of cell cycle and apoptosis. Initially identified in the context of chromosomal translocations associated with certain hematological malignancies, BCL7A has garnered attention for its potential role as a tumor suppressor. Research indicates that BCL7A may influence cellular growth and differentiation, and its dysregulation has been linked to various cancers, including lymphomas and solid tumors. The recombinant BCL7A protein is thus of significant interest for functional studies and therapeutic applications. By generating and analyzing this recombinant protein, researchers aim to understand its molecular mechanisms and biological functions in normal and cancerous cells. This research not only contributes to elucidating the pathways involved in tumorigenesis but also opens avenues for the development of targeted therapies that leverage BCL7A's role in cancer biology. Establishing the structure-function relationships of BCL7A through recombinant protein analysis can also assist in identifying potential biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis in malignancies where BCL7A is involved. Overall, the study of recombinant BCL7A protein is critical for deepening our understanding of its functions in health and disease, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target.
