Measured by its ability to inhibit FGF acidic-dependent proliferation of NIH-3T3 mouse fibroblast cells. The ED50 of this effect is 2.694 ng/mL in the presence of 1ng/mL FGF-1, corresponding to a specific activity is 3.71×105 units/mg. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed.
