Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARF5 (ADP-ribosylation factor 5) is a member of the ARF family of small GTPases that play critical roles in membrane trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cellular signaling. As part of the ARF superfamily, ARF5 is particularly involved in the regulation of vesicle formation and transport within the cell. Research has shown that ARF5 is essential for endosomal and Golgi function, influencing processes like receptor recycling and lipid metabolism. Alterations in ARF5 activity have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where its regulatory functions become disrupted. The recombinant expression of ARF5 protein has become an important area of study, allowing scientists to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular proteins, and its role in distinct signaling pathways. By understanding the structure-function relationship of ARF5 through recombinant technology, researchers aim to unravel its potential as a therapeutic target and to elucidate its contributions to normal and pathological cellular processes. In summary, the investigation of ARF5 recombinant proteins provides invaluable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular function and disease pathology, paving the way for the development of innovative therapeutic strategies.
