Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARF4 (ADP-ribosylation factor 4) is a member of the ARF protein family, which plays a crucial role in membrane trafficking, signal transduction, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research into ARF4 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the regulation of vesicle formation and transport within the Golgi apparatus and the plasma membrane. Its functional diversity makes it integral to understanding both normal cellular physiology and the pathogenesis of diseases, such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Experimental studies have demonstrated that ARF4 displays unique regulatory mechanisms, influencing processes like clathrin-mediated endocytosis and the maintenance of membrane integrity. Additionally, aberrant expression or mutation of ARF4 is linked to altered intracellular signaling pathways, providing insights into its role in disease progression. Recombinant ARF4 proteins have been utilized to elucidate its functional characteristics in vitro, facilitating the exploration of its biochemical properties and potential interactions with other cellular molecules. As a result, ongoing research aims to better understand the molecular pathways in which ARF4 is involved and its implications in therapeutic strategies, making it a significant focus in cell biology and molecular medicine.
