Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARF3 (ADP-ribosylation factor 3) is a member of the ARF family of small GTP-binding proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including vesicle trafficking, membrane dynamics, and cytoskeletal organization. The study of ARF3 has gained attention due to its significant involvement in the regulation of endocytosis and exocytosis, essential processes for maintaining cellular homeostasis and communication. Research has revealed that ARF3 is implicated in the modulation of Golgi and endosomal functions, as well as in the dynamics of actin and microtubule structures. Additionally, ARF3 has been linked to several pathophysiological conditions, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression and purification of ARF3 allow for detailed structural and functional analyses, providing insights into its specific mechanisms of action within the cell. Understanding ARF3’s role in cellular pathways can reveal novel regulatory mechanisms and lead to the development of innovative strategies for treating diseases associated with malfunctioning vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. Thus, ongoing research into ARF3 recombinant proteins continues to be vital for uncovering the complexities of cellular functions and for advancing biomedical applications.
