稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WNT4 is a pivotal member of the WNT signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in embryonic development, cell differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. It is particularly important in the development of the reproductive system and the regulation of ovarian function. Abnormalities in WNT4 expression have been linked to various reproductive disorders, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and certain types of infertility. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker in reproductive health. The production and characterization of recombinant WNT4 protein have gained significant attention in the field of biomedical research. The recombinant protein can be used in various applications, including functional assays to elucidate its role in cellular signaling and to explore its interactions with other proteins and pathways. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of WNT4 through recombinant technology can provide insights into its mechanism of action, paving the way for innovative treatments for reproductive disorders. As researchers continue to investigate the complex biology of WNT4, the development of recombinant WNT4 proteins holds promise for advancing our understanding of reproductive health and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
