稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WNT10A, a member of the Wnt family of signaling proteins, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Mutations in the WNT10A gene have been linked to several genetic disorders, such as hypodontia (congenital absence of teeth), and systemic conditions like ectodermal dysplasia. The importance of WNT10A in regulating cellular signaling pathways has sparked significant interest in its recombinant protein form for research and therapeutic purposes. By producing WNT10A as a recombinant protein, researchers can study its functional properties and interactions with other signaling molecules in vitro, leading to insights into its mechanisms of action and potential roles in disease. This recombinant protein can also serve as a valuable tool for developing targeted treatments or interventions for conditions associated with WNT10A dysregulation. Understanding the structure and function of WNT10A through recombinant technologies may pave the way for innovations in regenerative medicine, anti-aging therapies, and the treatment of genetic diseases linked to WNT signaling pathways.
