Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM135B, a member of the FAM (Family with Sequence Similarity) gene family, has emerged as a significant focus of research due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Preliminary studies suggest that FAM135B is involved in cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and stress responses, indicating its possible relevance in cancer biology and other pathologies. The protein is thought to interact with various signaling pathways, influencing cellular outcomes. The importance of understanding FAM135B's structure and function has driven the need for recombinant protein expression studies, which allow for the detailed characterization of its biochemical properties. These studies have employed various expression systems, including bacterial, yeast, and mammalian cells, to produce the protein in sufficient quantities for functional assays and structural analysis. Investigating the recombinantly expressed FAM135B can help elucidate its mechanisms of action, potential post-translational modifications, and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, this research can pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting FAM135B-related pathways, particularly in oncology and other diseases where its dysregulation has been implicated. Understanding the precise role of FAM135B in normal physiology and disease will be crucial for harnessing its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Thus, the study of FAM135B recombinant protein not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also has significant implications for translational research in medicine.
