稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADPRS (ADP-ribosylation factor protein) recombinant proteins have gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to their crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in signal transduction and membrane trafficking. Originally identified as part of the ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) family, these proteins are involved in regulating the cytoskeleton, intracellular vesicle transport, and cellular responses to stress. Their dysfunction is linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making them promising targets for therapeutic intervention. Research on ADPRS recombinant proteins focuses on understanding their structure, function, and interactions with other cellular molecules. Advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems have enabled the production of these proteins in significant quantities, facilitating detailed studies on their biochemical properties and biological activities. By employing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which ADPRS proteins exert their effects at the molecular level. Furthermore, the development of specific inhibitors or modulators that target ADPRS proteins holds potential for creating innovative treatments for associated pathologies. Overall, the ongoing research into ADPRS recombinant proteins is not only enhancing our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies in various diseases.
