Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABHD10, or Alpha/beta hydrolase domain-containing protein 10, is a member of the alpha/beta hydrolase fold enzyme family, which is characterized by its serine hydrolase activity. This enzyme is implicated in various physiological processes, including lipid metabolism and neurobiology. Recent studies have suggested that ABHD10 plays a significant role in modulating endocannabinoid signaling, which could influence pain perception, mood regulation, and neuroprotection. The interest in understanding ABHD10 has intensified due to its potential as a therapeutic target in treating disorders related to the endocannabinoid system, such as anxiety, depression, and neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, there is a growing body of evidence that suggests ABHD10 may participate in cellular stress responses and immune regulation, making it a fascinating subject for exploration in both basic and applied research. The recombinant expression of ABHD10 allows researchers to investigate its enzymatic properties, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms in a controlled manner, paving the way for further functional studies and potential drug development. Given the enzyme's diverse biological roles, understanding its structure-function relationship and modulation could provide insights into new therapeutic strategies for a range of diseases. Overall, ABHD10 represents a promising area of research at the intersection of biochemistry, pharmacology, and clinical medicine.
