Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLCD1 (T-cell lymphocyte differentiation protein 1) is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of immunology due to its role in T-cell differentiation and immune response regulation. Research indicates that TLCD1 is involved in the modulation of T-cell activation and proliferation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases and cancer. Understanding the molecular mechanisms through which TLCD1 influences T-cell biology could provide insights into the development of novel immunotherapies. Additionally, TLCD1's expression patterns in various tissues suggest its involvement in broader physiological processes, further emphasizing the need for thorough investigation of its functions and interactions. The recombinant expression of TLCD1 protein allows researchers to study its biochemical properties and functional roles in vitro and in vivo, facilitating the identification of its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. As such, ongoing research into TLCD1 not only aims to clarify its biological significance but also seeks to explore its applications in clinical settings, particularly in enhancing immune responses or mitigating inflammatory diseases. These studies are crucial for harnessing the therapeutic potential of TLCD1 and expanding our understanding of T-cell dynamics within the immune system.
