Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLF1, or T-cell leukemia/lymphoma 1, is a gene that has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its role in various cellular processes, particularly in the context of T-cell biology and oncogenesis. Originally identified in a subset of T-cell neoplasms, the TLF1 protein is involved in the regulation of gene expression and cell differentiation. Its expression is often elevated in malignancies, suggesting a potential role as a biomarker for cancer progression or as a target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant TLF1 protein has been produced for in-depth studies to elucidate its structure-function relationships and to explore its potential applications in targeted therapies. Researchers are focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which TLF1 influences cell signaling pathways, as well as its interactions with other cellular proteins. This knowledge could pave the way for novel treatments that mitigate T-cell-related malignancies and improve patient outcomes. Ongoing investigations are employing advanced techniques such as CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, mass spectrometry, and bioinformatics to dissect the complexities of TLF1’s role in cancer biology, further emphasizing the importance of this recombinant protein in developing innovative cancer therapies.
