Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MELT (Modular Endogenous Ligand Tag) recombinants has garnered significant attention in the field of protein engineering and biotechnology. MELT is a novel approach to protein tagging, which facilitates the precise localization and visualization of proteins within live cells. This method harnesses the self-labeling properties of small peptide tags, enabling researchers to track protein dynamics and interactions in real-time. The increasing demand for sophisticated imaging techniques in cell biology has spurred research into MELT technology, as it offers advantages over traditional fluorescent protein tags, including reduced steric hindrance and enhanced signal strength. Moreover, MELT's modular design allows for easy integration with various labeling agents, thus expanding its applicability in diverse experimental contexts. As scientists strive to understand complex biological processes at the molecular level, MELT recombinants present a promising tool for elucidating protein function, dynamics, and interactions in various cellular environments. This research has implications not only for basic science but also for drug discovery and therapeutic development, as understanding protein behavior is crucial for targeting diseases effectively. Thus, the exploration of MELT technologies stands at the forefront of innovative research aimed at unraveling the complexities of cellular mechanisms.
