Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/B2M/HBV (FLLTRILTI) tetramer is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in the field of immunology and virology, particularly regarding the human immune response to hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. HLA-A*02:01 is a widely studied major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in presenting viral peptides to CD8+ T cells, thereby initiating an immune response. The specific peptide FLLTRILTI, derived from the HBV core protein, is known to effectively elicit T cell responses in patients with chronic HBV infection. By creating a tetrameric complex with HLA-A*02:01 and β2-microglobulin (B2M), researchers can directly visualize and quantify HBV-specific CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood or liver tissues. This tool is invaluable for understanding the dynamics of T cell responses during HBV infection and for evaluating potential immunotherapeutic strategies. The study of this tetramer not only enhances our comprehension of the adaptive immune response against HBV but also provides insights into the mechanisms of viral persistence and clearance. As therapies targeting HBV continue to evolve, the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/HBV (FLLTRILTI) tetramer serves as a critical instrument for monitoring immune responses in vaccine trials and therapeutic interventions, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes in chronic HBV infection.
