稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SAA2, or Serum Amyloid A protein 2, is part of the apolipoprotein family and plays a crucial role in the acute phase response during inflammation. Elevated levels of SAA2 are associated with various pathological conditions, including inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and certain cancers. Research into the recombinant expression of SAA2 has gained momentum due to its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis, as well as its role in the regulation of cholesterol metabolism and immune response. The ability to produce recombinant SAA2 in sufficient quantities allows for detailed studies into its structure-function relationships, as well as its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. These studies may further elucidate the pathophysiological mechanisms of diseases associated with SAA2 dysregulation. Additionally, recombinant SAA2 offers possibilities for therapeutic applications, including the development of novel anti-inflammatory agents and targeted treatments. As researchers continue to explore the implications of SAA2 in health and disease, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool in advancing our understanding of its multifaceted roles in the human body.
