Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC37L1, a member of the CDC37 family, plays a crucial role in protein folding and stability, particularly in the context of chaperone-mediated protein maturation. This co-chaperone is known to interact with various clients, influencing their function and activity by aiding in their proper folding and preventing aggregation. Research has indicated that CDC37L1 is involved in the regulation of several key signaling pathways, including those related to cell growth, division, and stress responses. Given its essential role in maintaining proteostasis, aberrations in CDC37L1 have been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of CDC37L1 offers a valuable tool for studying its functional mechanisms and interactions in vitro, facilitating the investigation of its role in cellular processes. This research is significant not only for understanding fundamental biological processes but also for identifying potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with protein misfolding and dysregulation.
