Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
JKAMP, or Janus Kinase-Associated Membrane Protein, has garnered significant interest in the field of biomedical research due to its pivotal role in immune regulation and cell signaling pathways. Initially discovered as a membrane protein associated with Janus kinases (JAKs), JKAMP is involved in modulating cytokine receptor signaling, which is crucial for immune system responses. Dysregulation of JKAMP has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. Given its unique functional properties, researchers have focused on developing recombinant JKAMP proteins to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interactions within signaling cascades. The expression and purification of recombinant JKAMP facilitate comprehensive studies on its structure-function relationship, enabling investigations into its role in JAK-mediated signaling pathways. Furthermore, understanding JKAMP's interaction with other cellular components could reveal novel insights into its contributions to pathophysiological processes. As a result, JKAMP is positioned as a promising candidate for further exploration in drug development and therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating immune responses. The ongoing research into JKAMP not only enhances our understanding of immune regulation but also represents a significant step toward creating targeted therapies for conditions where JAK signaling is disrupted.
