Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DVL3, or Dishevelled Segment Polarity Protein 3, plays a critical role in various cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for embryonic development, tissue homeostasis, and stem cell regulation. It is one of the three isoforms of the Dishevelled protein family and is known to be involved in the regulation of cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Abnormal DVL3 function has been implicated in several diseases, including cancers and neurodevelopmental disorders. Research into DVL3 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its precise mechanisms of action within the Wnt signaling cascade, provide insights into its interaction with other signaling molecules, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of DVL3 recombinant proteins allows for detailed biochemical studies and functional assays, thereby facilitating the understanding of its role in various biological contexts and diseases. By investigating DVL3 and its interactions, scientists hope to uncover novel approaches for treating conditions linked to Wnt pathway dysregulation and to contribute to the broader understanding of cellular signaling mechanisms.
