简介
LYG2 Protein emerges as a potent antibacterial agent, indicating a pivotal role in innate immunity. Its putative capacity as an antibacterial protein suggests active participation in the host's defense against bacterial threats. LYG2's role underscores its significance as a key player in the early lines of defense, reflecting its potential contribution to the body's ability to counteract bacterial infections. LYG2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived LYG2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYG2 is a protein encoded by the LYG2 gene, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including immune response and development. Research into LYG2 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in understanding autoimmune diseases and various cancers. Its expression pattern, particularly in immune cells, suggests that it may be involved in regulating inflammatory responses and pathogen recognition. Given its association with immune modulation, LYG2 has emerged as a promising candidate for therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing immune system function or mitigating excessive inflammatory responses. Furthermore, recent studies have highlighted the importance of LYG2 in cellular signaling pathways, which underscores its relevance in developmental biology and cellular differentiation. The functional characterization of LYG2 through recombinant protein studies enables researchers to dissect its precise roles and mechanisms of action, paving the way for novel approaches in treating immune-related disorders. As scientific exploration continues, understanding the structure-function relationship of LYG2 will be critical for harnessing its potential in biomedicine.
