Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PE-Labeled HLA-A*11:01&B2M&KRAS WT (VVVGAGGVGK) Tetramer is a significant tool in immunological research, particularly in the study of cancer immunology and T cell responses. HLA-A*11:01 is a specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA) that presents peptides to CD8+ T cells, playing a crucial role in the immune recognition of tumors. The incorporation of the KRAS wild-type peptide (VVVGAGGVGK) into the tetramer allows for the exploration of T cell responses against KRAS-associated malignancies, which are prevalent in various cancers, including pancreatic and colorectal cancers. By labeling the tetramer with a phycoerythrin (PE) dye, researchers can enhance the sensitivity and accuracy of T cell detection through flow cytometry. This platform facilitates the identification and characterization of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, thus providing insights into the mechanisms of immune evasion and potential therapeutic strategies. The study of this tetramer is pivotal for the development of personalized cancer immunotherapies, as understanding T cell responses against specific tumor antigens can lead to more effective treatment modalities. The PE-Labeled HLA-A*11:01&B2M&KRAS WT Tetramer thus represents a critical advance in the intersection of immunology and oncology, offering a pathway to improved diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
