Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PE-labeled HLA-A*02:01/B2M/NY-ESO-1(SLLMWITQC) tetramer recombinant proteins is pivotal in understanding immune responses and T cell recognition in cancer immunotherapy. NY-ESO-1 is a tumor-associated antigen expressed in various cancers, making it a significant target for T cell responses. The HLA-A*02:01 molecule, a common human leukocyte antigen, presents the NY-ESO-1 peptide (SLLMWITQC) to CD8+ T cells, facilitating their activation and proliferation against tumor cells. By utilizing PE labeling, researchers can enhance the detection and analysis of specific T cell populations recognizing this complex through flow cytometry. This tetramer technology allows for the precise characterization of T cell responses in patients undergoing cancer treatments or vaccines, providing insights into the effectiveness of immunotherapeutic strategies and the development of personalized cancer therapies. Understanding the dynamics of T cell interactions with the HLA-peptide complex is crucial for improving the design and application of T cell-based immunotherapies, ultimately advancing cancer treatment paradigms.
