Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPSTI1 (Epithelial-stromal interaction 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in cellular interactions within the tumor microenvironment, influencing cancer progression and metastasis. Research has shown that EPSTI1 is overexpressed in various cancers, including breast, colorectal, and lung cancers, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for tumor diagnosis and prognosis. Its function is linked to the regulation of cell adhesion, proliferation, and survival, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant protein version of EPSTI1 allows for in-depth studies of its biological activities and mechanisms, facilitating the exploration of its role in cancer biology. By generating EPSTI1 in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its interactions with other molecular players in the tumor microenvironment and evaluate its potential as a therapeutic agent or a target for drug development. Understanding the function and mechanism of EPSTI1 could provide valuable insights into the complexities of cancer biology and open new avenues for targeted therapies, ultimately improving treatment strategies for patients with cancer.
