稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AP2A1, or adaptor protein complex 2 subunit alpha 1, plays a crucial role in the endocytic machinery, which is essential for clathrin-mediated endocytosis. This process is vital for cellular communication, nutrient uptake, and the regulation of various signaling pathways. Research into AP2A1 focuses on its functions in cellular transport and its implications in numerous physiological and pathological conditions. Mutations or dysregulation of AP2A1 can lead to a variety of diseases, including neurodevelopmental disorders and certain cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of AP2A1, particularly through the study of recombinant protein, provides insights into its interactions with other cellular proteins and its role in endocytic pathways. By investigating the biochemical properties and functional dynamics of AP2A1, researchers aim to unravel its contributions to cell biology and to leverage this knowledge for developing innovative strategies for treating diseases linked to endocytic dysfunction. Overall, AP2A1 represents a significant area of interest in molecular biology, with its study promising advancements in our understanding of cellular processes and therapeutic approaches.
