Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBLN3, or Fibulin-3, is a member of the fibulin family of extracellular matrix proteins, known for their roles in cell adhesion, migration, and tissue organization. This protein has garnered attention in recent years due to its involvement in various biological processes and potential implications in disease states, particularly in cancer and ocular disorders. Research indicates that FBLN3 may play a crucial role in regulating tumor progression and metastasis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, its expression has been linked to age-related macular degeneration (AMD), underscoring its significance in ocular health. The recombinant protein form of FBLN3 allows for detailed studies regarding its structure-function relationship, interactions with other matrix components, and its mechanistic role in cellular processes. By elucidating the biological functions of FBLN3, researchers aim to uncover novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The generation of FBLN3 recombinant protein also facilitates high-throughput screening for small molecules that may modulate its activity, potentially leading to innovative treatments in regenerative medicine and oncology. As a promising candidate for biomarker development and targeted therapy, FBLN3 continues to be a focal point of research efforts in the context of extracellular matrix biology and its clinical applications.
