Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSDE1, or Cold Shock Domain Containing E1, is a multifunctional RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including post-transcriptional regulation, stress response, and cell differentiation. Its involvement in mRNA stability, translation, and cellular stress response mechanisms has made it a significant focus of research in recent years, particularly in relation to its implications in cancer and other diseases. CSDE1 has been shown to interact with multiple RNA molecules and other proteins, influencing gene expression and cellular behavior under both normal and pathological conditions. The protein's ability to respond to temperature fluctuations and oxidative stress highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Studies have also revealed that dysregulation of CSDE1 can contribute to tumor progression and metastasis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, the structural features of CSDE1, including its cold shock domain, provide insights into its binding mechanisms and functional versatility. As ongoing research continues to uncover the complexities of CSDE1's roles in various biological contexts, understanding its signaling pathways and molecular interactions promises to advance our knowledge of gene regulation and its consequences in health and disease. Overall, the investigation of CSDE1 recombinant protein serves as a vital avenue for deciphering its mechanisms and translating these findings into clinical applications, signaling a promising frontier in molecular biology and therapeutic development.
