稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Alpha-actinin-4 (ACTN4) is a crucial actin-binding protein that plays a vital role in maintaining cytoskeletal integrity and cellular mechanics. It is widely expressed in various tissues, particularly in muscle and non-muscle cells, and is involved in signaling pathways that regulate cell migration, adhesion, and proliferation. Dysregulation of ACTN4 has been implicated in a range of pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis, where it enhances cell motility, and kidney diseases, where it contributes to the progression of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Given its significant roles in cellular functions and disease mechanisms, recombinant ACTN4 protein serves as an invaluable tool for researchers aiming to unravel its structural characteristics, interactions with other proteins, and implications in disease. The study of recombinant ACTN4 not only aids in understanding the molecular basis of its functionality but also provides insights into potential therapeutic targets for conditions associated with its dysregulation. Therefore, the exploration of ACTN4 through recombinant protein studies is a critical area of research with promising implications for biomedicine.
