简介
DNAJC30 is a neuron-enriched mitochondrial protein that plays a critical regulatory role in mitochondrial respiration. It binds to the ATP synthase complex and promotes ATP synthesis. DNAJC30 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived DNAJC30 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJC30, a member of the DnaJ (HSP40) protein family, has garnered increasing attention in the field of molecular biology and medicine due to its crucial role in protein folding and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. This co-chaperone assists Hsp70 in the refolding of misfolded proteins and is implicated in various cellular processes, including stress response, apoptosis, and neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that DNAJC30 is involved in regulating mitochondrial function and that its dysregulation may contribute to the pathogenesis of diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, where protein aggregation and mitochondrial dysfunction are pivotal events. Recombinant DNAJC30 proteins have been produced for in vitro studies to elucidate their molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. By exploring the structure and function of DNAJC30, scientists aim to uncover how this protein can be leveraged in therapeutic strategies to combat diseases linked to protein misfolding and mitochondrial impairment. Understanding the biochemical properties of DNAJC30 may also shed light on the broader implications of co-chaperones in cellular health and disease. Given the increasing prevalence of neurodegenerative disorders, research into DNAJC30 not only enhances our fundamental understanding of cellular stress responses but also provides promising avenues for the development of targeted therapies.
