稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the MTTP (microsomal triglyceride transfer protein) recombinant protein is rooted in its critical role in lipid metabolism, particularly in the assembly and secretion of lipoproteins in the liver and intestines. MTTP facilitates the transfer of triglycerides and phospholipids to nascent lipoproteins, which is essential for the proper transport of dietary and mobilized lipids in the bloodstream. Dysregulation of MTTP function has been implicated in various metabolic disorders, including fatty liver disease, atherosclerosis, and malabsorption syndromes. As understanding of MTTP’s molecular mechanisms advances, there is increasing interest in developing therapeutic strategies targeting MTTP for the treatment of these conditions. The recombinant protein offers a valuable tool for elucidating MTTP's structure-function relationships, exploring its interactions with other proteins involved in lipid metabolism, and evaluating potential inhibitors or enhancers of its activity. Furthermore, research on MTTP recombinant protein contributes to our understanding of lipid homeostasis and its implications for overall health, illuminating pathways for intervention in metabolic diseases. Through these studies, the MTTP recombinant protein not only serves as a crucial component for basic research but also for potential therapeutic advancements, making it a significant focus in the field of metabolic disease research.
