Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C-C motif chemokine 7 (Ccl7), also known as monocyte chemoattractant protein-3 (MCP-3), is a member of the C-C chemokine family that plays a critical role in immune responses by recruiting various immune cells, including monocytes, T cells, and dendritic cells, to sites of inflammation. Research on Ccl7 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, including chronic inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. Understanding the mechanisms underlying Ccl7's function can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Overexpression or modulation of Ccl7 levels has been shown to influence disease progression, making it a candidate for drug development aimed at managing inflammatory responses. Recombinant Ccl7 protein is utilized in various research applications to study its effects on cell signaling pathways, immune cell migration, and the response to inflammatory stimuli. Investigating the therapeutic potentials of Ccl7 through recombinant protein studies may lead to innovative treatments for conditions characterized by excessive inflammation or immune dysregulation. Additionally, studying the structure-function relationship of Ccl7 through recombinant production can unveil critical aspects of its role in the immune system, further emphasizing its significance in both basic research and clinical applications.
