Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HDLBP (High-Density Lipoprotein Binding Protein) recombinant protein is grounded in its significant role in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. HDL, commonly known as 'good cholesterol,' is essential for the transport and removal of excess cholesterol from tissues, helping to prevent atherosclerosis and related cardiovascular diseases. HDLBP has been identified as a crucial player in modulating HDL functionality and regulating lipid homeostasis. Research indicates that alterations in HDLBP levels or function can lead to dyslipidemia and increased risk of cardiovascular disorders. Due to its pivotal involvement in cholesterol transport mechanisms, HDLBP presents a compelling target for therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing HDL function and promoting cardiovascular health. The production and characterization of HDLBP recombinant protein facilitate the exploration of its biological functions, interactions with other lipoproteins, and potential as a biomarker for cardiovascular risk. Moreover, understanding HDLBP's structure and function could lead to innovative strategies for drug design and personalized medicine approaches in managing cholesterol-related diseases. Thus, the ongoing investigation into HDLBP recombinant protein not only contributes to basic biomedical research but also holds promise for translational applications in improving cardiovascular health outcomes.
