Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the recombinant protein HLA-A*03:01, in conjunction with β2-microglobulin (B2M) and wild-type KRAS (VVVGAGGVGK), is rooted in the exploration of immune response mechanisms and cancer immunotherapy. HLA-A*03:01 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule, critical for presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells, thus influencing immune recognition of tumor cells. KRAS mutations are commonly associated with various cancers, making it imperative to study the immune responses to both mutant and wild-type forms. The specific peptide VVVGAGGVGK, derived from the wild-type KRAS protein, offers insights into how the immune system recognizes and responds to tumor-associated antigens. Understanding the interaction between HLA-A*03:01 and the peptide presents an opportunity to enhance the development of targeted therapies and vaccines. By investigating this protein complex, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms of T cell activation and specificity, which may lead to improved strategies for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in cancers where KRAS mutation status plays a significant role in tumor biology and treatment resistance. This research is pivotal for advancing personalized medicine approaches that could maximize therapeutic efficacy and patient outcomes.
