稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCAP31, a member of the Bcl-2 family, plays a critical role in cellular apoptosis and stress response mechanisms. It has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its involvement in the regulation of cell survival and death pathways. This protein is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and is known to participate in the ER stress response, which is pivotal for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Abnormal expression of BCAP31 has been associated with various malignancies, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and treatment resistance. Furthermore, studies have suggested that BCAP31 may interact with other key apoptotic regulators, modulating their activities and influencing cell fate decisions. The generation of recombinant BCAP31 protein allows for in-depth biochemical and functional analyses of its role in apoptosis and stress responses. By studying this protein in detail, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action, identify potential therapeutic targets, and develop strategies for manipulating its function in cancer and other diseases. Overall, the investigation into BCAP31 and its implications in cellular signaling pathways represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of tumor biology and improving cancer treatment approaches.
