FGFR-1 beta

简介
FGFR-1 beta is a member of the FGFR family that interacts with fibroblast growth factors and regulates mitosis and differentiation. It specifically binds acidic and basic fibroblast growth factors and is involved in limb induction. FGFR-1 beta Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FGFR-1 beta protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-8*His, C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FGFR-1 beta, or Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 beta, is a crucial member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor family, playing significant roles in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Alterations in FGFR-1 signaling pathways have been implicated in a range of diseases, particularly cancers. The receptor undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in several isoforms, with FGFR-1 beta being one of the most widely studied due to its distinct functional properties. Research has indicated that FGFR-1 beta is involved in the regulation of key cellular pathways that can influence tumor growth and metastasis. The recombinant protein has been expressed and characterized for further understanding of its role in cellular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. The study of FGFR-1 beta could unveil new insights into targeted cancer therapies, as its dysregulation is often associated with poor prognosis in various malignancies. Moreover, investigations into the binding interactions and downstream effects of FGFR-1 beta can provide critical information for the development of FGFR inhibitors, which have emerged as promising candidates in the treatment of oncogenic disorders. Understanding the structure and function of FGFR-1 beta is, therefore, essential for elucidating its contributions to tumor biology and for leveraging its therapeutic potential in clinical settings.
