Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SHC2, a member of the SHC family of adaptor proteins, plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways, particularly in mediating the effects of receptor tyrosine kinases and influencing downstream processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Research into SHC2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological contexts, including cancer progression and metabolic disorders. Its ability to interact with multiple signaling molecules positions SHC2 as a pivotal player in orchestrating cellular responses to extracellular stimuli. The recombinant expression of SHC2 protein allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties in a controlled environment, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in signal transduction mechanisms. Studies involving SHC2 also provide insights into potential therapeutic targets, as dysregulation of its signaling pathways is often linked with disease states. Recent advancements in protein engineering and expression systems have enabled the production of high-purity SHC2 recombinant protein, advancing the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions. In summary, the study of SHC2 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its function in cellular signaling and exploring its potential implications in health and disease.
