稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SGK2, a member of the serum/glucocorticoid-regulated kinase (SGK) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including ion transport, cell survival, and cell growth. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular conditions, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Research into SGK2 recombinant protein is vital for understanding its functional mechanisms and biological significance. The expression and purification of SGK2 as a recombinant protein allow for detailed structural and functional analyses, which are essential for elucidating its role in cellular signaling pathways. Moreover, the recombinant SGK2 can be used in high-throughput screening assays to identify potential inhibitors or modulators, paving the way for the development of new therapeutic strategies. Given the growing interest in the SGK family of kinases and their implications in health and disease, continued investigation into SGK2 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of its biology and therapeutic potential.
