稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-23 receptor (IL-23R) plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the differentiation and maintenance of T helper 17 (Th17) cells, which are involved in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, and ankylosing spondylitis. Dysregulation of the IL-23/IL-23R signaling pathway has been implicated in these conditions, making IL-23R a valuable target for therapeutic intervention. The research into recombinantly produced IL-23R protein has gained significant interest as it aids in understanding the receptor's structure, functionality, and role in immune responses. By producing IL-23R as a recombinant protein, researchers can explore its binding interactions with IL-23, elucidate the downstream signaling pathways activated upon receptor engagement, and develop potential drugs that target this axis. Moreover, the availability of recombinant IL-23R facilitates the screening of small molecules or monoclonal antibodies that could inhibit aberrant signaling in autoimmune diseases. This research not only contributes to a better understanding of immune regulation but also holds promise for developing novel therapeutics that could improve treatment outcomes for patients suffering from IL-23-dependent diseases.
