  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TRIM72, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its multifaceted roles in cellular processes. Initially identified as a protein involved in myogenesis, TRIM72 is known for its involvement in muscle cell differentiation and development. Beyond its role in muscle tissue, emerging research has highlighted TRIM72's participation in various cellular pathways, including autophagy, apoptosis, and the immune response. Its E3 ubiquitin ligase activity suggests a crucial regulatory function in protein degradation and signaling pathways, making it a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, TRIM72 has been implicated in metabolic processes, particularly in the context of lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Abnormal expression of TRIM72 has been linked to several disorders, including obesity, diabetes, and muscular diseases, positioning it as a potential therapeutic target. The exploration of TRIM72 as a recombinant protein has opened avenues for understanding its structural and functional properties, paving the way for novel interventions in related diseases. As such, research on TRIM72 continues to evolve, with ongoing studies aimed at unraveling its complex biology and therapeutic potential in metabolic and muscular disorders.
