Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DIMT1 (Dosage-Independent Modifier of Tail), a protein associated with gene expression regulation, is particularly significant in the study of developmental biology and genetic disorders. Research has shown that DIMT1 plays a crucial role in modulating the expression of various genes during embryonic development, possibly influencing traits such as limb formation and organ development. The protein is known to interact with multiple transcription factors and chromatin remodeling complexes, highlighting its importance in the epigenetic control of gene activity. Understanding DIMT1's function could provide insight into its potential implications in congenital conditions and cancer, where gene expression goes awry. The recombinant production of DIMT1 allows for detailed functional studies, providing a platform to explore its interactions and mechanisms at a molecular level. This research is pivotal in deciphering the complex regulatory networks governing development and disease. By elucidating the role of DIMT1, scientists aim to uncover not only the basic biological processes but also its potential as a target for therapeutic intervention in conditions linked to its dysregulation.
