稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyclophilin A (CypA) is a highly conserved protein known for its peptidyl-prolyl isomerase activity, which plays a crucial role in protein folding and cellular processes. Initially identified as a component of the immunosuppressive drug cyclosporine A complex, CypA has gained attention for its involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions, including HIV infection, cancer, and inflammation. The binding of CypA to the HIV-1 capsid protein enhances viral replication, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. Moreover, CypA is implicated in cellular signaling pathways and stress responses, further highlighting its significance in cellular homeostasis. The production of recombinant CypA has enabled researchers to investigate its functional properties and molecular interactions in detail. By studying the structure and dynamics of this protein, scientists aim to elucidate its role in disease mechanisms and potentially develop novel therapeutic strategies. The availability of recombinant CypA also facilitates high-throughput screening of inhibitors, advancing our understanding of its therapeutic potential in HIV/AIDS and other diseases. Overall, the investigation of Cyclophilin A as a recombinant protein holds promise for uncovering new biological insights and fostering the development of targeted interventions in various clinical contexts.
