Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB6 (Ankyrin Repeat and Suppressor of Cyclin-Dependent Kinase) is a member of the ASB family, characterized by the presence of ankyrin-like repeats. This protein has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and the modulation of signal transduction pathways. Research has indicated that ASB6 may play a significant role in the degradation of specific proteins via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, thereby influencing cellular homeostasis and response to stress. Additionally, abnormal expression levels of ASB6 have been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer, suggesting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The understanding of ASB6's structure and function is crucial for elucidating its role in these biological processes. Consequently, the recombinant production of ASB6 protein allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. By employing techniques such as protein purification and functional assays, researchers aim to delineate the molecular mechanisms by which ASB6 exerts its effects, advancing our knowledge of its contributions to both normal physiology and disease mechanisms. This research is fundamental for developing novel strategies that can leverage ASB6 in therapeutic applications, emphasizing its significance as a focus in contemporary biomedical research.
