简介
The NINJ1 protein is an important mediator of programmed cell death, inducing plasma membrane rupture in necroptosis and pyroptosis. NINJ1 is activated by Gasdermin or MLKL, oligomerizes, releases DAMPs and exacerbates inflammation. NINJ1 Protein, Mouse (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived NINJ1 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NINJ1, or Ninjurin-1, is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of cellular biology due to its involvement in various physiological processes, including cell migration, adhesion, and communication. Initially identified as a neuron-specific protein, NINJ1 has been shown to play a key role in the nervous system, particularly in the context of neuronal injury and repair. Recent studies have expanded its significance beyond neurons, highlighting its potential role in immune responses and pathophysiological conditions, such as inflammation and cancer. Researchers have focused on NINJ1’s structure and function, aiming to understand how it mediates interactions between cells and influences signaling pathways. Additionally, NINJ1's involvement in cell death and survival mechanisms has sparked interest in its potential as a therapeutic target for neurodegenerative diseases and other disorders characterized by cell dysfunction. By investigating NINJ1 recombinant protein expression and its biological activities, scientists hope to elucidate its functional relevance and uncover novel strategies for intervention in diseases where cell behaviors are perturbed. The ongoing research into NINJ1 underscores its emerging role as a critical player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and as a promising candidate for developing innovative therapeutic approaches.
