稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VEGFD (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D) is a member of the VEGF family, which plays a crucial role in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and vascular permeability. It is primarily involved in the formation of lymphatic vessels and can stimulate the growth of new blood vessels, making it significant in various physiological and pathological processes, including wound healing, inflammation, and tumor progression. Research on VEGFD has garnered interest due to its implications in cancer biology, particularly in how it can promote tumor metastasis by enhancing lymphatic drainage and supporting the spread of cancerous cells. Additionally, VEGFD is implicated in certain diseases, such as lymphedema, where abnormal lymphatic function leads to significant clinical challenges. The recombinant production of VEGFD protein allows for in-depth studies on its biological functions, receptor interactions, and therapeutic potential. By analyzing VEGFD's role in both normal and disease states, researchers aim to identify novel therapeutic strategies that target its signaling pathways, which could lead to innovative treatments for cancer and lymphatic disorders. The development of VEGFD as a recombinant protein also facilitates the exploration of its potential as a biomarker or as a target for drug development, positioning it as a vital subject of investigation in the fields of molecular biology and medicine.
