稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCK8 (cholecystokinin octapeptide) is a bioactive peptide that plays a crucial role in digestion and appetite regulation. It is derived from the larger precursor CCK, which is synthesized in the small intestine and secreted in response to food intake, particularly fats and proteins. CCK8 is known for its ability to stimulate gallbladder contraction and pancreatic enzyme secretion, thereby aiding in the digestion of food. The peptide also acts on the brain's appetite centers, promoting satiety and influencing food intake behaviors. Research into recombinant CCK8 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications in obesity, metabolic disorders, and gastrointestinal diseases. By producing recombinant CCK8 through advanced biotechnological methods, researchers aim to better understand its mechanisms of action and interaction with CCK receptors. These studies not only shed light on the physiological functions of CCK8 but also explore its potential in drug development for appetite control and metabolic health management. Additionally, the recombinant production of CCK8 opens avenues for developing novel therapeutics, highlighting the relevance of peptide research in addressing contemporary health challenges.
