RCN3 Protein, a probable molecular chaperone, ensures pulmonary surfactant homeostasis by aiding in proper biosynthesis and transport of SP-A, SP-D, and ABCA3. It exhibits anti-fibrotic activity by negatively regulating type I and type III collagen secretion. RCN3 transiently associates with immature PCSK6, suggesting its role in PCSK6 maturation and secretion. RCN3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived RCN3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
