简介
CTRL-1 protein is an important member of the peptidase S1 family. As a serine protease, it catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bonds. CTRL-1 may share conserved features with related proteins that play important roles in cellular processes related to proteolysis and regulation of biological pathways. CTRL-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CTRL-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTRL-1, or the cytokine-induced transcription factor-1, has emerged as a significant focus of research within the fields of immunology and molecular biology due to its pivotal role in regulating immune responses and inflammation. As a member of the transcription factor family, CTRL-1 is crucial for the transcriptional regulation of various cytokine genes, which are vital for immune system signaling. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in modulating T cell differentiation and activation, as well as its potential impact on autoimmune diseases and cancer progression. Researchers have been exploring the use of CTRL-1 recombinant proteins for therapeutic applications, considering their ability to influence immune pathways. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CTRL-1, especially through the production of recombinant forms, can facilitate the development of novel treatments aimed at enhancing immune function or mitigating pathological conditions. As research progresses, CTRL-1 is poised to play a critical role in the advancement of immunotherapies and targeted treatment strategies, making it a key target for both basic research and clinical applications.
