简介
CNPY3/PRAT4A is a Toll-like receptor (TLR)-specific co-chaperone of HSP90B1 and is essential for correct TLR folding (except TLR3). It ensures controlled TLR exit from the endoplasmic reticulum, affecting innate and adaptive immune responses. CNPY3/PRAT4A Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CNPY3/PRAT4A protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNPY3/PRAT4A, a protein involved in various cellular processes, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in promoting cellular stress responses and regulating protein homeostasis. Initially identified as a member of the CNPY family, CNPY3/PRAT4A is implicated in crucial pathways related to cell signaling and development, making it a key subject of interest in both basic and applied research. Its expression patterns have been linked to differentiation and developmental processes, especially within the nervous system. Recent studies suggest that CNPY3/PRAT4A may interact with chaperone proteins, influencing protein folding and stability under stress conditions. This reinforces its importance in maintaining proteostasis, which is critical for preventing diseases associated with protein misfolding. Given the rising interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying various pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, the study of CNPY3/PRAT4A could contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. As researchers continue to explore its functional roles and regulatory mechanisms, CNPY3/PRAT4A stands out as a promising target for future investigations in the fields of molecular biology and biomedicine.
