Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBL (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases that play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and differentiation. The study of CBL and its associated protein interactions has gained significant attention due to its implications in cancer biology and immune response regulation. Research has shown that CBL proteins are key regulators of signaling pathways, particularly those involving receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). Dysregulation of CBL function has been linked to various malignancies, including leukemia and solid tumors, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of CBL proteins in various systems allows for detailed structural and functional analysis, enabling researchers to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying CBL's role in ubiquitination and signaling. Understanding CBL's function at a molecular level could provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and as a target for novel cancer therapies. Thus, ongoing studies aim to elucidate the complex interactions of CBL proteins, their regulatory mechanisms, and their therapeutic potential within the context of cellular signaling and cancer progression.
