简介
C1orf33/MRTO4 is an integral component of ribosome assembly, binds to the 60S presubunit in the nucleolus, and is subsequently replaced by P0 during maturation, contributing to ribosome biogenesis. It interacts with MINAS-60, a replacement for the RBM10 open reading frame. C1orf33/MRTO4 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived C1orf33/MRTO4 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1orf33, also known as MRTO4, is a protein encoded by the human gene located on chromosome 1, which has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including regulation of gene expression and involvement in the cellular response to stress. Research has suggested that MRTO4 is implicated in crucial biological functions such as mRNA stability and ribosome biogenesis, making it a subject of interest in studies related to cancer and other diseases characterized by abnormal gene regulation. Additionally, mutations and altered expression levels of C1orf33 have been associated with certain disorders, underscoring the importance of understanding its function and interactions within the cell. The recombinant protein of C1orf33/MRTO4 is being studied for its structural and functional properties to further elucidate its biological roles. By producing this protein in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers aim to investigate its interactions with other cellular proteins and nucleic acids, paving the way for insights into the mechanisms of gene regulation and potential therapeutic targets. This research has significant implications for developing strategies to manipulate gene expression in various fields, including cancer therapy and regenerative medicine, highlighting the need for comprehensive studies on the properties and functions of the C1orf33/MRTO4 recombinant protein.
